Gamberoni Pomodoro recipe

250gms penne, cooked according to package directions
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3tbsp minced garlic
150gms/.33 lb baby prawns or shrimps, shelled
1/2tsp salt
1pack Clara Ole Chunky Tomato with Basil Pasta Sauce 225g
6pcs baby arugula (optional)

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add in prawns and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
Pour in tomato w/ basil pasta sauce and cook until heated through. Toss in pasta and arugula until well blended.
Top with parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
