4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc large onion, sliced
1 pc medium carrot, cut into cubes
1/3 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1 can (390g) DEL MONTE Beef or Beans
1 tbsp DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Saute garlic, onion, carrot and mushrooms. Season with 3/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tbsp iodized rock salt). Cook covered for 5 minutes.
Add DEL MONTE Beef and Beans, DEL MONTE Vinegar and evaporated milk. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice, bread or cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti.
