Beans con Carne recipe

3 bunches (350 g) sitaw, cut into 2" long pcs
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, sliced
200 g ground pork
1/2 to 1 cup water
1 pouch (200 g) DEL MONTE tomato sauce

Saute garlic, onion and pork. Add water, tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp fine salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add sitaw and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
