Beef Taco con Crema recipe

Beef Filling:
3 tbsp atsuete oil
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/2 pc onion, chopped
2 cups ground beef
1 pc beef broth cube
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 pc red bell pepper, chopped
1 pc green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 pack Alaska Crema All-Purpose Cream
salt and pepper

Garlic Cheese Cream Sauce:
1 cup cheese, grated
1 pack Alaska Crema
1 tbsp garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

6 to 8 pcs hard or soft taco shells, or pita bread
6 to 8 pcs lettuce leaves, rinsed and dried

Procedure:

To make atsuete oil, cook atsuete in oil until oil turns orange. Strain seeds.

Sauté garlic and onions in atsuete oil until garlic is golden brown.
Add ground beef and beef cube. Cook thoroughly then season with curry powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Add in bell peppers and mix until flavor is well combined.

Stir in Alaska Crema then mix again and set aside.

In a separate pan, make the garlic cheese cream sauce by combining Alaska Crema, garlic, and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until sauce becomes thick. Set aside.

Prepare tacos by layering the taco shells with lettuce leaves and the beef filling. Top with garlic cheese cream sauce.
