Chicken Estofado recipe

300g chicken breast, cut-up
1 pouch (200g) DEL MONTE Classic Menudo-Estofado-Afritada Recipe Sauce
100g Baguio beans, sliced
2 ripe saba bananas, peeled, sliced and fried
1 medium kamote, cut into chunks and fried
1 each red and green bell peppers, cut into strips

Season chicken with 1/2 tsp fine salt.

Simmer with 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes.

Add DEL MONTE Recipe Sauce, bell peppers and baguio beans. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Add saba and kamote just before serving.
