Fish Salad recipe

1 cup LADY'S CHOICE sandwich spread
4 tbsp LADY'S CHOICE pickle relish
2 cups cooked fish, flaked
1 cup cucumber, peeled, cored and cubed
1 tsp salt, for cucumber
4 tbsp celery, shredded
1 tsp onion, minced
1 tbsp carrots, minced
1/2 cup apple, cored and cubed
1 tsp parsley, shredded
salt and pepper

Put the cucumber in a bowl and add salt. Mix well then transfer to a strainer. Set aside and let drain
In another bowl, put apples and sandwich spread. Mix
Add fish, onion, carrot, celery and pickle. Mix
Add cucumber. Mix
Season with salt and pepper

6-8 servings

Draining the cucumber well will prevent the salad from turning watery.
Immediately mix cubed apples to sandwich spread to avoid browning
