Fruit Jello and Ice Cream recipe

2 boxes unflavored gelatin
3 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp McCormick ube extract
1/4 tsp McCormick buko-pandan extract
1/4 tsp McCormick orange extract
drops of McCormick orange food color
1/4 tsp McCormick strawberry extract
drops of McCormick red food color
1/4 tsp McCormick banana extract
drops of McCormick yellow food color
3 scoops desired flavored ice cream

Dissolve gelatin in tap water
Cook over low heat stirring continuously until it boils
Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts (about 2/3 cup). Stir into each part the flavors:
ube, buko-pandan, orange+orange color, strawberry+red color, banana+yellow color
Allow to set into square molder. Refrigerate until firm
Cut into cubes
Place jello in bowl and scoop some ice cream on top
