1 can (850g) DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, drained (reserve syrup)
large red apple, cut into chunks and soaked in fruit cocktail syrup
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 cup walnuts or cashew nuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. fine salt
Drain apple. Combine with the other ingredients. Toss well. Chill until ready to serve.
