1/2 k Hungarian sausage, sliced
1/2 k cocktail hotdogs
2 large onions, chopped
1 pouch 250g DEL MONTE tomato sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 can 220g pork and beans
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Brown the sliced sausages by batches in 2 tbsp oil until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of oil then saute the onions. Add tomato sauce, oregano and salt to taste. Cook over low heat for 5 min, stirring occasionally.
Stir in pork and beans and cocktail hotdogs. Place cooked sausages on top. Continue simmering over low heat for 15 min with occasional stirring. Garnish with parsley.
