Shrimp with Scrambled Egg Vermicelli recipe

1 1/2 cup Good Life Vermicelli
1 1/2 cup Jolly Mushroom Pieces and Stems
1/8 cup carrot, strips
4 medium sized shrimp
4 leeks
2 garlic
1 egg
2 tbsp Good Life Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Jolly Oil
1 tsp Good Life Sesame Oil

Soak vermicelli in water until tender, drain.
De-vein shrimps
Cut leeks into 1-inch long pcs
Beat egg
Heat work in oil, stir fry shrimp w/ dash of salt. Set aside
Fry egg, cut into strips. Set aside for garnishing
Stir fry garlic, leeks, carrots, mushroom, vermicelli
Add small amount of water cover for 5min, stir in oyster sauce
Transfer to desired dish and garnish w/ shrimp, sesame oil and scrambled egg
