Gamberoni Pomodoro recipe

250g penne, cooked
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp minced garlic
150g/33lb baby prawns or shrimps, shelled
1/2 tsp salt
1 pack 225g clara ole chunky tomato with basil pasta sauce
6 baby arugula (optional)

saute garlic in oil
add in prawns and salt
cook for a few minutes
pour in pasta sauce and cook until heated through
toss in pasta and arugula until well blended
top with parmesan cheese if desired before serving
