Milky Polvoron recipe

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups NIDO FORTIFIED
1 cup sugar
¾ cup butter, softened

Toast flour in a pan over low heat until light brown. Remove from heat. While still hot, stir in NIDO FORTIFIED and sugar. Mix very well
Add butter. When mixture is fully incorporated, shape polvoron into desired shape by using a polvoron molder.
Arrange in a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for easy handling before wrapping with cellophane or Japanese paper.
