4 kg chicken wings (approx 48 pieces)
1 pouch Del Monte Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce (1 kg)
1-1/3 tbsp hot sauce
Marinade:
4 heads garlic, crushed
2-1/2 tbsp hot sauce
2 tsp fine salt (or 2 tbsp rock salt)
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Deep fry until brown. Set aside.
Combine spaghetti sauce, 1 cup water, hot sauce and salt to taste. Allow to simmer. Add chicken wings. Simmer over high heat with constant stirring for 10 minutes, or until almost dry. Serve with sour cream as dip, if desired
Makes 24 servings.
