Sweet-Sarap Spaghetti recipe

1 pack Fiesta Spaghetti (1 kg)
1/3 cup Selecta Butterfresh Margarine
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 cups Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdog, thinly sliced
1/2 kg ground beef
2 cups canned button mushrooms, sliced
2 packs Fiesta Sweet Blend Spaghetti Sauce 750g
2 tsp chili powder (optional)
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
Grated cheddar cheese for topping
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Cook 1kg Fiesta Spaghetti according to package directions; set aside.

In a heavy skillet, heat Selecta butterfresh margarine and saute garlic until golden brown. Add Swift mighty meaty hotdog, ground beef and mushrooms; saute until browned. Add Fiesta spaghetti sauce and chili powder. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce is of desired consistency. Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti. Top with grated cheese and garnish with parsley.

Makes 18-20 servings
