Chicken and Misua Soup recipe


1/2 pc (150 g) chicken breast, deboned and cut into thin strips
1 pc (50 g) medium onion, sliced
1 pc (150 g) medium carrot, sliced
1 can (385 g) DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
30 g (30 g) misua
2 stalks (15 g) green onions, sliced

SAUTÉ onion, carrot and chicken. Add DEL MONTE Spaghetti Sauce and 4 cups water. Season with 1 tsp iodized fine salt (or 1 tbsp iodized rock salt) and 2-1/2 tbsp sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.

ADD misua and green onions. Allow to simmer.

Makes 6 servings
