Banana Cream
(8 minute challenge)
15 pcs M.Y. San Grahams Honey Crackers
4 lacatan bananas, sliced
5 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 can 380ml evaporated milk
3 egg yolk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose cream, chilled and whipped
CREAM - In a pan, mix cornstarch, sugar and milk. Cook over low heat until cornstarch and sugar are dissolved. In a bowl, mix egg yolks and half of milk mixture. Pour egg-milk mixture into the pan. Stir. Add vanilla and butter. Simmer on low heat until thick. Add bananas. Cook for 3-5min
LAYER - In an 8x8 pan, layer grahams. Pour 1/2 of mixture. Spread evenly. Do one more layer alternating grahams and mixture
CHILL and Top with whipped cream, bananas and chocolate syrup.
