Breaded Fish Fingers with Garlic Lemon Dip recipe

1.1 kg Fish Fillet (cut into 3” long strips)
1 tbsp Calamansi Juice
½ cup Mayonnaise (for dip)
2 cloves Garlic (minced, for dip)
2 tsp Lemon Juice (for dip)
1 pack (75 grams) Del Monte Quick 'n Easy Breading Mix

Sprinkle fish with calamansi juice. Put half of DEL MONTE Breading Mix in plastic container with cover. Put fish then pour remaining breading. Cover and shake well until all the powder are used up.

Deep-Fry fish until just golden. Serve with dip.

Dip: Combine ingredients and mix well.
