350g chicken breast, deboned, boiled and cubed
1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
2 cups ripe papaya, cubed
1 can 439g Del monte pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup sweetened nata de coco
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except cashew nuts. Season with 1/8 tsp fine salt. Mix well. Chill
Serve with cashew nuts on top
