Strawberry Pops recipe

1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
3/4 cup cold milk
1 cup boiling water
2 cupbs frozen strawberries
1/2 cup sugar

In blender, sprinkle gelatine over milk; let stand 2 min. Add boiling water and process at low until gelatine is dissolved, about 2 min. Add strawberries and sugar; process at high until smooth. Pour into 8 (5oz) paper cups; freeze until partially frozen, about 1 hr.
Insert wooden ice cream sticks; freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
To serve, let stand at room temperature 2 min; tear away cup.

Makes 8 pops
