Creamy Macaroni Salad recipe

1 pack FIESTA salad macaroni 400g, cooked
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup mayo or sour cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 cup celery stalk, cubed
1 carrot, peeled and cubed
1/3 cup pineapple tidbits
3 tbsp pickle relish
1/3 cup shrimp, cooked and peeled (optional)
1/2 cup chicken breast, cooked and cubed (optional)
1/4 cup seedless grapes (optional)
salt and pepper

Combine condensed milk and mayo in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well.

Line a salad bowl with lettuce. Fill with salad and chill for several hours or overnight.

8-10 servings
