Crunchy Hotdog Menudo recipe

150 grams Carrots (diced)
150 grams Potato (diced)
300 grams Hotdog (sliced)
1 pc (medium) Green Bell Pepper (diced)
2 tbsp Raisins
¼ cup Green Peas (frozen)
10 pc (square) Lumpia Wrappers (each piece cut into 3 lengthwise)
1 pouch (80 grams) Del Monte Quick 'n Easy Menudo Sauce

Sauté carrot and potatoes in 1 tablespoon oil for 2 minutes. Add hotdog, DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Menudo Sauce and remaining ingredients except lumpia wrapper. Simmer for 5 minutes uncovered. Set aside.

Wrap every tablespoon of mixture in lumpia wrapper pieces and fold in triangular shape.

Fry until crunchy.
