Fish and Onion Pizza recipe

16 slices of pan americano or 32 pan de sal halves or any bread
5 1/2 medium-size tinapa (smoked fish), cooked and flaked
2 onions, chopped
50g grated cheese
1 can DEL MONTE pizza sauce

Spread 1 tbsp of pizza sauce on bread
Top with fish and onions
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake until cheese melts


Suggested baking direction:

Oven toaster: 2 minutes

Turbo Broiler: 5 min at 325f

Conventional Oven: 6 min at 350f

6-8 servings

To maintain product quality, place leftover pizza sauce in an airtight plastic container. Refrigerate.
