1/2 cup oil
1/2 k alumahan, sliced
2-1/2 tbsp MAGGI real pang-gisa
1 MAGGI chicken cube, dissolved in 1 cup water
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp kinchay
Fry fish. Set aside and remove excess oil leaving about 2 tbsp in pan.
Stir in pang-gisa in remaining oil and saute about 2 min. Remove from fire and stir in egg and kinchay
2-4 servings
