2 packs (150g each) bibingka cake mix
1 can 439g DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, drained - reserve 1/2 cup syrup
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1 pc salted egg
banana leaves
Cook bibingka mix, use fruit cocktail syrup instead of water. Blend in fruit cocktail. Pour onto 9"x5" pan. Top with salted egg and cheese. Cover with foil
Place the pan on the oven toaster rack. Bake for 40-45 min. Remove foil and bake for another 5min.
