1 head garlic, crushed
1 large onion, sliced
1/4 cup oil
1 small ginger strips
1/2 k chicken, cut
1 cup malagkit rice
1 pc chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup patis
5 cups water or beef/chicken broth
1 pouch del monte tomato sauce
2 stalks green onions, chopped
Saute garlic. Set aside.
Saute onion, ginger, chicken, and half of garlic. Add rice, bouillon cube and patis. Stir.
Add tomato sauce, water and 1/4 tsp pepper. Simmer covered for 10min. Stir occasionally until cooked. Serve with fried garlic and green onions on top
