1/2 cup cornstarch, dissolved in 3/4 cup water
1 cup thick coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp fine salt
1 can 234g Del Monte fresh cut crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup cream style corn
Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir continuously over low heat for 30 minutes or until thick.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour onto square pan. Chill until set.
