2 cups DEL MONTE red cane vinegar
1 ginger, cut into strips
18 cloves garlic, peeled
6 siling labuyo (small chili pepper), stems removed
3 sibuyas tagalog (onion), peeled
1/2 tsp fine salt
Combine ingredients and put into a sterilized bottle. Age for 2-3 weeks for best results
10 servings
How to sterilize used bottles: Thoroughly clean the bottles and caps, then boil in water for at least 30 min. Invert bottles to dry before using
