6 tbsp DEL MONTE red cane vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp sugar
4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1-1/2 tsp snipped parsley
1-1/2 tsp fine salt
Combine all ingredients in a sterilized jar. Cover. Store in a cool dark place.
