1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup button mushrooms
1 lengua (beef tongue), boiled until tender, cut into cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup or all purpose cream
1/2 cup fresh milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp seasoning sauce
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA quick melt cheese
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Saute onions and celery on butter. Add mushrooms and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Add in lengua and simmer for 30 min
