1 can JOLLY longan in syrup
1 1/2 cup cooked sago pearls
1 cup mango puree
1 1/4 cups syrup from longan
1/2 cup white sugar
crushed ice
Combine longan, sago and puree. Chill for 2 hrs
Mix longan syrup and sugar in saucepan. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool
Divide longan and sago in 6 parfait glasses. Pour in longan syrup. Fill glass with crushed ice. Serve.

Longan is also called "dragon's eye". It is found in Southeast Asia and has a delicate, sweet flavor.
