1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup cottage cheese, drained
1 can JOLLY rambutan in syrup, drained
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, mixed with 2 tbsp sugar
Blend together cream cheese and cottage cheese. Using a pastry bag, fill cheese mixture into cavity of rambutan. Arrange stuffed rambutan on a baking tray. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a 350f pre-heated oven for 10min
Transfer to a serving platter. Serve warm
