1/4 k DEL MONTE spaghetti, cooked
1/4 cup butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 can 198g button mushrooms, drained, sliced
1/2 beef bouillon cube
3 tbsp oyster sauce
100g young corn, each cut diagonally into 2 pcs.. or 1/2 cup canned corn kernels
1 50g red bell pepper, cut into strips
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp flour, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 stalks green onions, chopped
Saute garlic and mushrooms in butter. Add bouillon, oyster sauce, corn, bell pepper and 1/4 tsp fine salt or 1/4 tbsp rock salt. Cook for 1-1/2 min
Add water and dissolved flour. Stir until sauce thickens. Add parsley and green onions. Pour over cooked spaghetti
