Pasta Puttanesca recipe

1 pack 400g DEL MONTE spaghetti, cooked
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium 50g onion, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 can 400g button mushrooms, drained, sliced
1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
1 can 50g anchovy fillet, flaked
2 cans 385g each DEL MONTE italian style spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp capers
10 fresh basil leaves - optional
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Saute garlic and onion in olive oil, add mushrooms, olives, anchovies, spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 min

Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 10 min. Mix with pasta. Top with cheese, if desired
