1 kilo Beef or Pork belly - fried, sliced

14 string beans
10 okra
5 eggplant
8 ampalaya
8 tomatoes
1/4 kilo squash
1 cup water or chicken stock
4 onion
1 garlic
salt and pepper
Saute onions, garlic, and beef/pork, add bagoong, water or stock and vegetables. Simmer.
