Salabat Shake recipe

30g ginger
3 pc pandan leaves
1/3 cup brown sugar
4 cups water
1 can 850g Del monte fiesta fruit cocktail, lychee flavor
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Boil first 4 ingredients for 5 min. Strain. Pour in ice tray and freeze
Combine with fruit cocktail and vanilla in a blender (divide into two if it does not fit in blender). Blend until ice crushed. Serve. If desired, garnish with pandan leaves
