150g ground beef/pork
2 pcs tokwa, mashed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped kinchay
1 tbsp cornstarch
6 cups water
1 sachet 30g Maggi pork sinigang mix
1 cup togue
1/2 cup sliced onion leaks
Combine the next 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside.
Boil water. Scoop a tbsp of the meat mixture and form into balls. Slowly drop the balls into the boiling water and cook for 5 min. Add sinigang mix. Boil
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 min.
Serve.
