7 pork chop, skin removed
2 tbsp Del monte tomato catsup
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1 onion, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 Del monte sliced pineapples, drained - reserve syrup
100g baguio beans, sliced diagonally
Marinade:
pineapple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
Marinate pork chops for 1hr. Grill while brushing meat with hot oil until brown. Set aside
Saute garlic and onion. Pour water. Add seasonings and pork chops. Simmer for 30 min or until tender
Stir-fry baguio beans.
Garnish pork chops with sliced pineapples. Put baguio beans on the side. Pour sauce on top of meat and sliced pineapples
