Sardines and Pickle Pizza recipe

16 slices of pan americano or 32 pan de sal halves or any bread
3 cans 155g sardines, drained, flaked
4 tsp DEL MONTE sweet pickle relish
50g grated cheese
1 can DEL MONTE pizza sauce

Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on pan americano (or 1/2 tbsp on half slice pandesal)
Top with sardines and pickle
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake until cheese melts
Serve hot.

Suggested baking direction:

Oven toaster: 2 minutes

Turbo Broiler: 5 min at 325f

Conventional Oven: 6 min at 350f

6-8 servings

To maintain product quality, place leftover pizza sauce in an airtight plastic container. Refrigerate.
