Shredded Pork with Hoisin Sauce recipe

340g lean pork, shredded
1 tsp LEE KUM KEE freshly minced garlic
1 red chili, shredded
1 stalk spring onion, shredded

Marinade:
1 tbsp LEE KUM KEE premium oyster flavored sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

Sauce Mix:
3 tbsp LEE KUM KEE hoisin sauce
1 tsp corn starch
4 tbsp water

Marinate pork for 30 min
Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add pork and stir fry until cooked
Add sauce mix and stir well. Garnish with red chili and spring onion
