Stir Fried Fish with Hoisin Sauce recipe

350g fish fillet, cut into pcs

60g tomato, sliced
60g cucumber, sliced
1 tsp LEE KUM KEE freshly minced garlic

Marinade:
2 tbsp LEE KUM KEE hoisin sauce
1 tbsp LEE KUM KEE premium oyster flavored sauce

Sauce Mix:
2 tbsp LEE KUM KEE hoisin sauce
1/2 tbsp LEE KUM KEE premium oyster flavored sauce

Marinate fish for 30 min
Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant. Stir fry fish or shallow fry until done
Add tomato, cucumber and sauce mix. Stir well and serve
