300g shrimps, shelled, deveined
1 green bell pepper diced
1 red bell pepper diced
1 tbsp LEE KUM KEE freshly minced garlic
Sauce Mix:
2 tbsp LEE KUM KEE hoisin sauce
1 tbsp LEE KUM KEE premium oyster flavored sauce
Parboil shrimps until half done
Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimps and stir fry until done
Add green pepper, red pepper and sauce mix. Stir well until heat through.
