4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, diced
1/4 k shrimps, shells and heads removed, each pc cut into 2
4-1/2 cups water
1 can 227g del monte tomato sauce
100g del monte salad macaroni
1/2 k fresh crab, boiled and flaked
1/2 cup condensed golden corn soup, dissolved in 1/2 cup water
1/2 k small tahong, boiled w/ shells removed
1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Saute garlic, onion, carrot and shrimps. Add water, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer then add macaroni. Cook for 10min
Add crab, corn soup and tahong. Simmer for 5min. Add cornstarch. Simmer until thick. Top w/ parsley.
Tip: You may use 100g crab meat or crab stick (sliced) instead of fresh crab
