Spareribs in Afritada Sauce recipe

3/4 k Pork Spareribs (Liempo) (cut up)
1 tbsp Patis
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Ginger (strips)
1½ tbsp Brown Sugar
1 pc (small) Red Bell Pepper (diced)
1 stalk Leeks (sliced)
1/2 cup Water
3 tbsp Del Monte
Sweet Chili Sauce
1 pouch (80 grams) Del Monte
Quick 'n Easy Afritada Sauce
Cooking Procedure:

Combine spareribs, patis and garlic. Mix well.

Heat 3 tablespoons oil, sauté meat and ginger until meat is light brown. Add brown sugar, then cook for a few minutes. Add DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy Afritada Sauce, DEL MONTE Chili Sauce and 1/2 cup water. Cover and Simmer over low heat until meat is tender.

Add bell pepper and leeks. Allow to Simmer.
