Shrimp and Pasta recipe

250 g DEL MONTE spaghetti, cooked
8 cloves garlic, crushed, fried until brown
1/2 k halaan, boiled, shelled, reserve 1/2 cup broth
1/4 k baguio beans, sliced 1" long
1 can 385g DEL MONTE italian style spaghetti sauce
1/4 k shrimps, shells removed, tails intact
4 stalks green onions, chopped
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)

Saute halaan and baguio beans in oil. Add spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup halaan broth, 3/4 tsp fine salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Simmer for 5 min.
Add shrimps. Simmer for another 5min. Pour over cooked spaghetti. Top with green onions and fried garlic. Add cheese, if desired.

8 servings

When buying shrimps, make sure these are free from off-odor, and their shells are shiny hard and intact
