Beef Sausage Stew recipe

4 cloves garlic crushed
1 onion sliced
150 g beef round, chunked
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 k potato, chunked
1 can vienna sausage, drained, cut into 3
1 250g Del monte sweet style spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup green peas, cooked or frozen
1 red bell pepper, stripped

saute garlic, onion, beef and bouillon
add 1-1/4 cups water, 1/4 tsp fine salt, 1/8 tsp pepper
simmer for 30 min or until meat is tender (add more water if needed)
add potatoes and cook for 10 min
add sausage, spaghetti sauce, peas and bell pepper
simmer for 5 min

serves 6
