Tuna Baked Mac and Cheese recipe

1 400g Fiesta elbow macaroni, cooked
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup pimiento, diced
3 cans tuna in water/brine, drained
1 750g Fiesta sweet blend spaghetti sauce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
dash of cayenne or pepper (optional)

saute onions in butter
add pimiento, tuna, spaghetti sauce and half of the grated cheese
simmer for 5 min
add pepper or cayenne to taste
pour the sauce over pasta in a pyrex dish or ovenproof dish
top with the remaining cheese
bake in a preheated 325F oven for 5-7 min or until the cheese on top melts

serves 8-10
