Ice Cream Cake recipe

200 grams M.Y. San Grahams honey crackers
1.5 liters Selecta super thick classic chocolate - mantecado - mango or any 3 different ice cream flavors
sliced mangoes
chocolate syrup or condensed milk

arrange 1 layer of grahams on the bottom of the container
spread 1 flavor of ice cream
make several layers for all ice cream flavors
top with mangoes, chocolate syrup or condensed milk as desired

serves 4-5
