3 squares tokwa, fried and each pc cut into 6
1/2 kg chicken, cut into serving portions
3 tbsp DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp peppercorn
1 laurel leaf
Marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
Marinate tokwa. Set aside.
In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Let stand for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, then simmer for 30 minutes. Add tokwa. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6 servings
Tokwa serves as extender
Prepare in bulk and just heat and pack when needed. For variety, add beef or boiled egg.
