Corned Beef Sandwich Spread Filling recipe

1 cup LADY'S CHOICE sandwich spread
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp fresh celery stalk, chopped
3/4 cup corned beef
1 tomato, sliced
salt and pepper

Heat corned beef to melt off fat
Add onion and tomato. Heat until tomato is cooked then set aside and let cool
In a bowl, mix sandwich spread and celery. Add corned beef mixture. Mix
Season with salt and pepper

6-8 sandwiches

Refrigerating and storing the filling in a clean, dry jar will extend its shelf life up to two weeks. Leftover corned beef could also be used
