Creamy Scrambled Eggs recipe

5 eggs
1/2 cup Nestle All Purpose Cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. chopped spring onions or parsley
paprika (optional)

Whisk eggs with cream until frothy; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook egg mixture in hot butter and oil for 2 min. Stir in spring onions/parsley and paprika just before egg begins to set, scraping-off bottom mixture to allow liquid mixture to flow to bottom to cook.
